LOCATION: Approximately 22 miles from Llano, 29 miles from Fredericksburg, a little over 90 miles from Austin, and 99 miles from San Antonio puts Bullhead Creek Ranch smack dab in the heart of all things Hill Country.

DESCRIPTION: Bullhead Creek Ranch has gently sloping terrain with the bulk of the property sloping towards the creek. There are a couple of standout view spots that would make ideal homesites. Cottonwood Creek merges with Bullhead Creek on the ranch and the creekbed, while not flowing most of the time, is a very unique feature. Its approximately 200 wide and winds over mile through the ranch. BCR also boasts numerous large, majestic hardwoods from 100 year old live oaks to giant Elms to a handful of Blackjack Oaks.
The ranch has only been moderately hunted over the last several years making it a safe haven for local wildlife. Neighbors have seen free-ranging aoudad and axis, but there are no reports of exotics calling BCR home year-round.

Location: Located in Blanco County, 9.5 miles West of Blanco, Texas. Crabapple Creek Ranch is 30 miles Southeast of Fredericksburg, 55 miles from Austin and 52 miles from San Antonio.
Description: 133 acres are West of Crabapple Road and 85 acres on the East side of Crabapple Road. Both sides offer approximately 140 in elevation change and provide classic, stunning Hill Country views.
The West side of the ranch is, for the most part, unimproved. It has an old barn, windmill, well, and cistern for storing water. The windmill is currently not operational.
The East side of the ranch has two productive Coastal Bermuda pastures, one field is approximately 10 and the other is approximately 30 acres.
Ranch roads throughout the ranch are good to fair and provide access to a good majority of the property. One or two of the trails require 4 wheel drive, but are by no means inaccessible. DESCRIPTION: Oatman Creek Ranch is about as clean a ranch as youll find. With approximately 50% cleared land for cattle grazing, OCR defines wide-open spaces. Some of the fields have been planted in Coastal Bermuda and Willman Love grass while others have just been managed for native grass growth. With 100 in elevation change, views of the surrounding hills such as Sharp Mountain and Riley Mountain are fair to good.
